Counselling & psychotherapy for children, young people and adults
In person in Burghfield Common, near Reading, Berkshire — and online across the UK.
I offer a warm, compassionate, and confidential space where you can explore whatever is bringing you to therapy, without fear of judgement. Working at your pace, I support you in making sense of your experiences and navigating life’s challenges with greater understanding, clarity, and self-awareness.
I work integratively, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches to meet individual needs. My approach is relational and collaborative, with therapy led by you, while I may gently offer reflections or interventions where helpful to support deeper exploration and change.
My work is trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and grounded in an understanding of early developmental experiences. Many current difficulties can be shaped by past experiences, and meaningful change can take place within a safe, consistent, and trusting therapeutic relationship.
Together, we can think about what you need from therapy and how best to support your process.
Therapy and professional support, tailored to you
A warm, confidential, and containing space where children and young people can explore their thoughts and feelings at their own pace.
A supportive and reflective space to slow down, think, and begin to make sense of your experiences.
A well-researched, evidence-based therapy that helps the brain process overwhelming or distressing experiences in a natural way.
Secure video sessions across the UK and internationally — accessible, flexible, and as effective as face-to-face work for many people.
A space to step back and make sense of your child’s emotional world and behaviour — with curiosity, not judgement.
A collaborative, creative space for practitioners to pause, reflect, and think carefully about their work.
