Reflective, creative support for practitioners

Clinical Supervision

Clinical supervision offers a space to pause, reflect, and think carefully about your work. It is a collaborative process that supports safe, ethical and effective practice, while also creating space for learning, perspective, and professional development. It also plays an important role in reducing the risk of burnout and maintaining a sense of balance, reflection, and emotional wellbeing.

My supervision approach is integrative and compassion focused. I place particular emphasis on reflection, relational understanding, and the emotional impact of therapeutic work. I also work creatively, using materials such as sand tray, imagery, drawing, and other creative methods to support reflection and deepen understanding of relational and therapeutic processes.

I offer supervision to qualified and trainee counsellors, psychotherapists, psychologists, social workers, school staff, and other mental health professionals working with children, young people, and adults. Reflective and consultative support is also available for practitioners working with children and young people.

Supervision is available both in person and online.
